Workshop : Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts
INSPIRED BY THE PAST: ARCHIVES AND NEW ARTWORK
During this workshop students will spend time in the Arrowmont archives looking at artifacts and will then engage in exercises to creatively respond to the materials there. Students will use these seeds of inspiration to create a series of research based pieces as the class explores techniques such as low- tech printmaking, weaving, and embroidery. Open to all skill levels.
